Yoga For All
Reduce stress and build a healthier body! This class includes Hatha yoga postures, techniques, and sequences for flexibility, strength, postural alignment, increased energy, and overall health. Registration is not required. Please pay the R/NR drop-in fee of $10/$15 at the front desk before each class. Punch cards and Unlimited Fitness Passes cannot be used for this class.
This is an ongoing program. It is held on Fridays between 8:00-9:10 am.

Christmas in July - Brunch & Bingo
Enjoy a meal, entertainment, games, and activities. The registration deadline is one week in advance of the event date. Refunds will not be issued after the deadline. More information about parties can be found in the bi-monthly senior newsletter.

Children's Entertainment Series
The Frog Lady
The Frog Lady brings over 20 live reptiles and amphibians for exciting hands on fun! Learn all about these amazing animals and learn why they are so cool and not at all something to fear! Anyone willing, may touch and even hold several of the animals after the show. Children and adults will love this one of a kind fun show!

Jr. Flag Football
Join in on the fun and start playing the nation’s most loved game! Players are introduced to stance, receiving, rushing, blocking, and defense. Each week ends with a scrimmage encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship. Games focus on fundamentals and field concepts, as well as, positions and mechanics. No equipment necessary.
The program will be held on Fridays, July 26 - August 30 between 5:00-5:45 pm.

Game Time Flag Football
Players experience daily scrimmages with active instruction and tips from the coaching staff. Players are encouraged to employ skills used in football such as running pass routes, play calling, defensive positioning, fundamentals of blocking, and pass coverage. These skills and others will be put to use in a “game time” environment while the players scrimmage each week.
This program will be held on Fridays, July 26 - August 30 between 6:00-7:00 pm.
