3 Ways to Enjoy Fitness Classes
Unlimited Fitness Classes
If you normally attend three or more classes a week or prefer a flexible fitness schedule, this for you! Participate in any or all of the group fitness classes during the season for which you register.
Purchase a Punch Card
Punch cards expire two months after the date of purchase.
R/NR Fee: 5 Punches $30/$45; 10 Punches $60/$90; 15 Punches $90/$135
Pay the Daily Fee
If you would like to drop in as your schedule allows, consider paying the daily fee. This fee is payable at the Community Center’s front desk before the class begins. R/NR Fee: $6/$9
Group Fitness Classes
Advanced registration, as well as payment, punch card, or unlimited fitness pass is required to participate in group fitness classes . You may either register online or at the Community Center and pay the daily fee. You may also use a punch card or an unlimited fitness pass, however you must register at the Community Center to have your card or pass validated and be added to the roster. Online registration is not available for punch card or unlimited pass holders. Walk-ins on the day of the class will not be accepted.
A minimum of 4 registered participants is needed for a class to run. If a class does not reach 4 registered participants two days before the class is scheduled, it will be cancelled.

Great Balls of Yoga
Release stress and tension while learning self-massage techniques in a fun and casual environment. This class helps with arthritis, carpal tunnel, and other ailments. Enjoy this relaxing class - you know you “knead” it! All levels welcome.
Pilates
This mat-based workout is designed to engage the mind and work the entire body. Fluid movements will develop core strength plus, increase flexibility while improving balance and posture. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat to each meeting; mats will not be available for class use.
STRONG
Sculpt all muscle groups using a variety of equipment. Gain balance, core, and strength and leave each class feeling STRONG! All levels welcome.
Strong Nation
Strong Nation is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic conditioning style workout. You can use your own body weight as a resistance to achieve muscle definition. All levels welcome.
Wake Up Pilates
This is a great way to start your day! Start your day with a mat-based workout designed to engage the mind and work the entire body. Yoga
Increase awareness of your mind and body as well as your overall physical fitness. This class focuses on the classic poses, building on the basics with emphasis on alignment of the standing, sitting, and twisting poses. Detailed instruction helps you achieve each pose for all levels. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat to each meeting, mats will not be available for class use.
Zumba
Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun, fastpaced, Latin-dance based cardiovascular class is sure to get your heart pumping and muscles toned. You won’t even feel like you’re working out it’s that much fun. All levels welcome.
