Fight Like A Girl Program
This program primary emphasis is to teach women how to fight assault from the ground. Learn how to defend yourself against chokes, hits and grabs. This module is especially effective for attacks in parking lots, parking garages and other areas where it is imperative that you not be taken to a second location.

With passengers, mail and a very brave mailperson, the boat departs every morning for a full lake tour. Learn how the mailperson delivers and picks up mail without the boat ever stopping.

Travel with your friends and other teens from all over Illinois for an exciting adventure trip along a 21-mile scnic stretch of the Wisconsin River. The fitness and weight rooms will not be available for use. Once you arrive for the evening, you will not be able to leave unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
