Lunch Out GroupJoin us for good food and great socialization at area restaurants. Participants will order off the menu and self-pay. Transportation by Cary Park District bus is available for $5 resident/$6 non-resident fee and leaves from the Cary Park District Community Center or you can drive yourself for $5 resident/$6 non-resident fee (see reservation time below). Return time is approximate. Advanced registration is required for all participants whether riding the bus or driving yourself. The registration deadline is one week prior to the date of the event and refunds will not be issued after the deadline.

Our staff will be glamming up the girls with hair flower, make-up sparkle and pretty nail polish application complete with flower nail stickers. They will decorate a craft with paints, stencils and flower embellishments/jewels. They will also design a fun beaded bracelet with Hawaiian charms. Each participant will receive a take home outfit of a flower lei and a flowered Hawaiian skirt for photos at our Palm Tree Backdrop and props. The class ends with Maraca Freeze Dance and Limbo line! DROP OFF CLASS ONLY.

We will travel to 3 different ice cream spots and sample a scoop at each place. Enjoy time with your friends while enjoying that quintessential summer treat. After we have satisfied our sweet tooth, let’s burn off some calories by shopping around the Algonquin Antique Mall. Join us for an afternoon of summer nostalgia. Ice cream flavor selections may need to be provided in advance. This trip will not provide lunch. Minimal to moderate self-paced walking is involved with this trip. Transportation provided via Cary Park District Bus. Registration deadline is Monday August 5 and refunds will not be issued after the deadline.
