This mat-based workout is designed to engage the mind and work the entire body. Fluid movements will develop core strength plus increase flexibility while improving balance and posture. All levels are welcome. These classes meet at Lions Park by the south playground.
The program will be held Saturdays, 6/3 - 7/22 between 8:00 - 8:45am.
