Kid Rock

Develop confidence, creativity, and stage presence while participating in a Cary Park District–directed theatrical performance. In a fun yet focused environment, students will learn what it takes to bring theater to life—from audition to final curtain. Participants will audition for roles, be cast by the director, and rehearse throughout the session in preparation for the performance. All students are guaranteed a speaking role in the production. In addition to rehearsals, students will engage in theater games and exercises that build skills in improvisation, vocal projection, and active listening.
