When visiting Cary Park District parks, trails, and properties, please also follow all posted Park District signage. Some areas may have additional rules or restrictions in place to help keep our shared spaces safe and enjoyable for everyone.
The Cary Park District is currently reviewing its own ordinances related to e-bikes and e-scooters to determine whether any updates are needed to align with Village and State of Illinois regulations. We are also monitoring proposed Senate Bill 3336 and will make any ordinance changes as necessary once more information becomes available.
