This recognition highlights our commitment to providing young employees with positive, supportive work environments where they gain valuable life and leadership skills. Many teens begin their professional journey with us, learning responsibility, teamwork, communication, and customer service while serving our community.
Seasonal positions such as Lifeguards at Sunburst Bay Aquatic Center and Camp ECHO Counselors are often filled by teens and young adults who are eager to gain meaningful job experience.
