Events

Join current and former CGHS athletes and coaches as you run, train, and learn the art of short and long distance running. Program focus will be on learning skills, improving overall health, and most importantly having fun. Participants will earn daily tokens by completing laps on our course and ultimately finish a 5K run on our final day of the program. Family and friends are encouraged to run daily with the group and complete the 5K with your child. No class 6/23 & 6/25. #18927
