Get in the mood for spring break and treat yourself to paradise! Think sand castles, suntan lotion scents, and the color of the ocean. Make two textures, one sandy beach themed and the other smooth like the ocean. Kids keep their slime in a souvenir jar with beachy charms for the lid. A beach vacation or creating paradise in your home for spring break is wonderful self-care. The coach will deliver a growth mind set lesson on the importance of self-love.
