Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that involves holding grounded, passive poses to increase mobility and reduce stress. In this class, participants will focus on relaxing muscular effort and stretch deep into the connective tissues of the body. Yin yoga emphasizes deep relaxation and mindfulness and is designed to increase flexibility and promote joint mobility. It contrasts with more active styles of yoga, offering a calming and restorative practice that balances the body’s energy. Individuals may register for the full session or pay a drop-in fee to participate in this class. Punch Cards and Unlimited Fitness Passes cannot be used for this class.
