Join this 8 week challenge to receive all the tools you’ll need to get on track with fitness and nutrition just in time for summer! This program combines weekly workouts, meal planning tips, and nutrition training.
Meet weekly with a personal trainer for a 45 minute workout followed by nutrition coaching!
This class runs 4/9-5/28.
