Back by popular demand! If you missed previous chances, don’t worry! We are revisiting the #1 attraction in the State of Illinois- Starved Rock State Park. On this tour we will begin our day at the rustic Starved Rock Lodge for lunch in the Main Dining Room. You will have the opportunity to make a menu selection from several savory options. Hot or iced tea, lemonade, or a soft drink are included. Now we begin our tour of the area. Half of your tour will be spent on a boat ride on the Illinois River learning about the rich culture and lush wildlife of the area. The other half will be a land tour of popular sites to visit and learn about on a Trolley. We will finish back at the Lodge where you can shop the gift shop or the sweet shop. Come and see all the splendor and history of Starved Rock! Moderate walking. *Registration deadline is September 30 and refunds will not be issued after the deadline.
