This workout is perfect for those who want to party but will also put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! We will add lightweight maraca-like toning sticks to enhance your sense of rhythm and coordination while toning target zones, including arms, core, and lower body for 30 minutes of the class. The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba Toning sticks helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged.
The program will be held on Sundays, March 24 - May 26 between 9:00-10:00 am.
