Our teachers have obtained college degrees and are qualified in early childhood development. They also attend conferences, seminars, and trainings to keep current with trends in early childhood education, health and safety.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-success\"><\/p>\n<h3>Our Program Goals<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide opportunities to explore, play, experiment, and problem solve through teacher directed and student initiated activities based on curriculum aligned with Illinois Early Learning Standards.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a child&#8217;s sense of individual worth and belonging as part of a group and community.<\/li>\n<li>Create a language, math, and science rich environment that understands and meets the developmental needs of each child socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually through literature, cooperative learning, and dramatic play.<\/li>\n<li>Establish constant parent communication through daily conversations, conferences, and progress reports encouraging a home to school connection through nurturing positive relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Promote awareness of the larger community with visitors and field trips.
