Parents are an integral part of helping their tots develop basic sports movement and motor skills. Motor skill activities focus on hand/eye and hand/foot coordination. Sports equipment and instruction are provided to help guide your child through an introduction to organized sports. Parent or caregiver participation required. Total Sports

Ninja Warriors
Leap, hop, skip, and run your way through obstacles and put your Ninja skills to the test. This fun movement based class

T-Ball

Tennis Lessons
Learn to play tennis and learn a life sport! Children will learn the game of tennis in a fun and encouraging atmosphere while learning proper grip, body positions, rules, and basic strokes. Intermediate players will review the basic strokes and work on lobs, overheads, and serves. All participants will receive a T-shirt. Below is information on group lessons. Trojan Run Club
Join current and former Cary Grove High School athletes and coaches to run, train, and learn the art of short and long distance running. The program will focus on learning skills, improving overall health, and most importantly having fun. Earn daily tokens by completing laps on our course and ultimately finish a 5K run on our final day of the program.
