The Cary Park District Kids Garage Sale is a great opportunity to engage your children in cleaning out unwanted toys from their rooms with the potential of earning money for their effort. Pack up your items and bring them to Lions Park on Saturday, July 12.
Each registered seller, ages 6-15 years, will have one parking space to sell his or her unwanted toys, games, and other objects. All kids must be supervised by a parent or guardian. Registration is available at carypark.com or the Community Center, 255 Briargate Road in Cary. Cost for a space $10 for Cary Park District residents and $15 for non-residents. A detailed letter will be emailed upon registration.
The sale is scheduled for Saturday, July 12, and will be open to the public between 9:00 am-12:00 pm at Lions Park. Seller setup is between 8:00-9:00 am, and takedown is between 12:00-1:00 pm. Admission is free for shoppers to attend, but bring cash if you are looking to purchase any items.
