Do you need to regain some storage space in your home? Is kid clutter dominating your domain? Would your children like to make some summer fun money? The Cary Park District Kids Garage Sale is the perfect solution!
It’s the perfect opportunity to engage your children in purging unwanted toys from their rooms with the potential of earning money for their effort. Pack up your unwanted items and bring them to the annual Kids Garage Sale. Join your community neighbors in the sale while teaching your children the value of selling unused items to make a profit.
Each registered child, ages 6-15 years, will have one parking space to sell his or her unwanted toys, games, and other objects. All kids must be supervised by a parent or guardian. A detailed letter will be emailed to those registered to sell.
The sale is scheduled for Saturday, June 25, from 9:00 am-Noon at Lions Park. Cost to reserve a space to sell is $9 for residents and $14 for non-residents. Registration is accepted online and at the Community Center, 255 Briargate Road, Cary.
