From backyard barbeques to gourmet dinners, the name Weber has been synonymous with great outdoor entertainment for over 65 years. On this trip, you will have a first-hand part in the Weber expertise and passion for grilling within their three-season enclosed patio at the Cooking School by Weber Grill. Upon arrival, we will start with delicious grill fired pizza and blue cheese stuffed mushrooms, followed by a choice of cedar plank salmon, smoked Carolina glazed pork chops, or grilled bistro steak (vegetarian option is available upon request). Each meal is served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grill roasted green beans, pretzel rolls with whipped cheddar butter and for dessert grilled pound cake with roasted fruit. Coffee, tea, soft drinks and gratuity are included in the cost of registration. Transportation by Park District bus. Moderate walking involved with this trip. Registration deadline is July 7 and refunds will not be issued after the deadline.
