We will add lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance your sense of rhythm and coordination while ton-ing target zones, including arms, core, and lower body for 30 minutes of the class. The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks helps you focus on specific muscles. This workout is perfect for those who want to party but will also put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The curriculum starts with the basics of water safety and builds a skill set that enables swimmers to be safe in aquatic settings, and even advance to competitive levels if they choose. The swim instructor team is diligently trained by experienced instructors and Swim School coordinators. With safety being the program's priority, lifeguards are always on duty while swimmers are in class.
Group lessons begin today. Lessons are held June 9 - 18. Choose from:

The program will focus on learning skills, improving overall health, and most importantly having fun. Earn daily tokens by completing laps on our course and ultimately finish a 5K run on our final day of the program. Family and friends are encouraged to run daily with the group and complete the 5K with your child. Rain plan: If Tuesday is cancelled, class will be made up the next day (Wednesday). If Thursday class is cancelled, class will be made up the following Monday. No class June 24 & 26.

Join us for the ultimate love letter to one of the most celebrated and influential performers of the 20th century. From the moment Texas housewife Louise Seger first heard Patsy’s voice, she was hooked. After quickly becoming Cline’s biggest fan, Louise was able to meet her idol before a show one surprising evening in Houston. That night sparked a deep friendship between the two women which continued through the years, writing letters to each other as Cline’s fame skyrocketed. Based on a true story, Always…Patsy Cline features all of Patsy Cline’s greatest hits and a heartfelt down home good time. Before the show we will stop at Lazy Dog for a self-pay lunch. Transportation is by Park District bus leaving from the Community Center. Moderate walking is involved with this trip. Registration deadline is May 20 and refunds will not be issued after the deadline.

Participants must be at least 10 years old and no prior scuba diving experience is necessary. All equipment is provided.
