Students will learn to tackle wilderness challenges like insect stings, and snake bites, boosting their outdoor confidence in skills such as preparing for a hike, identifying animal tracks, and wildlife encounters. They’ll also gain essential survival techniques, including splint setting, tourniquet application, hypothermia management, and versatile uses of a bandana for emergencies.
This class is held Wednesdays, October 15 - November 19.
