Events

This new class has a cardio-based format that will combine routines from REFIT and Different Drummer. REFIT is a positive cardio-based fitness format tailored to every body. Each class is an experience with uplifting music and easy to follow choreography. Different Drummer is cardio drumming that is a unique sensory and motor skill class that includes fun and energetic music. Drumsticks will be used to tone the body and participants can participate in a seated or standing position. No class 7/12.

The program will be held on Wednesdays, 5/31 - 7/19 between 6:00 - 7:00pm.
