Senior Strong
This fun class consists of a series of age appropriate moves to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and agility. Enjoy camaraderie with your peers while getting fit and improving your health. Anyone over 55 years of age is welcome. Must be able to stand without assistance. All levels welcome. No class 9/5
Sessions
Session 1 is held Mondays, August 22 - September 29
Session 2 is held Mondays, October 3 - November 7
Session 3 is held Mondays, November 14 - December 19
Registration options:
Pay the walk in fee of $8/$12
Purchase a punch card in increments of 5 or 10 visits
Purchase an unlimited fitness pass to attend any group fitness class throughout the session
Register for an entire session of Senior Strong for $30/$45 for session 1 and $36/$54 for sessions 2 and 3
