Track & Field Skills Camp
This camp is for young athletes who would like to learn or improve the fundamentals of track & field. Athletes will focus on proper warm-up, running form, and techniques for long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put, discus, hurdles, relays, and sprint starts. All levels of ability are welcome. Please wear athletic attire, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle. Each participant will receive a camp T-shirt.
Camp is held Monday & Wednesday, June 6 - 29.
Time: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
R/NR Fee: $90/$135
Age/Grade: Grades K - 8
