Mindfulness and Meditation Group
Are you looking for a group of like-minded people to meditate with and discuss a little mindfulness? Then this is the group for you! We will do a short guided meditation, talk about some mindfulness basics, and support each other in the quest to live a more present, balanced life. Chairs will be available, but participants are welcome to bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion.
This class meets on Saturday, September 25 - October 16.
Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am
