Increase awareness of your mind and body as well as your overall physical fitness. This class focuses on the classic poses, building on the basics with emphasis on alignment of the standing, sitting, and twisting poses. Detailed instruction helps you achieve each pose for all levels. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat to each meeting, mats will not be available for class use.
