Yoga for All
Reduce stress and build a healthier body! This program includes Hatha yoga postures, techniques and sequences for flexibility, strength, postural alignment, increased
energy and overall health. Breathing and relaxation techniques will be included in every program. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to sign up. All yoga props are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
Session 1 meets Fridays, May 7 - June 11.
Session 2 meets Fridays, June 18 - July 23.
Session 3 meets Fridays, July 30 - September 3.
