Cooking Camp: All Around the World
This summer, our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious recipes using fresh, colorful ingredients. We will travel across the globe to learn about cuisine and traditions of Europe, Asia, Central America, and beyond. Learn about fresh herbs and vegetables, and how they enhance the aroma and flavors of our dishes. Plus master cooking safety, slicing, dicing, chopping, folding, baking, zesting, mixing, and more.
This class is held virtually on Mondays, June 7 - July 12.
