For those who are interested in learning a new sport, Chicago Union Ultimate Staff are experienced frisbee guides to help hone your skills and develop technique during this 3-hour clinic. Participants learn skills on both sides of ultimate frisbee including the core components of passing, catching, and defense - all presented in a fun and positive environment. This clinic welcomes all ability levels to join. Please bring a water bottle and snack.
