Yoga for All
Reduce stress and build a healthier body! This program includes Hatha yoga postures, techniques, and sequences for flexibility, strength, postural alignment, increased energy, and overall health. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to sign up. All yoga props provided. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
Session 1 meets on Friday, February 2 - March 12
Session 2 meets on Friday, March 19 - April 30 (no class April 2)
Time: 8:00 am - 9:10 am
R/NR Fee: $60/$90 per session or pay the drop in fee of $12/$18 per class.
Age/Grade: Ages 14 years & older
