Yoga for All
Reduce stress and build a healthier body! This program includes Hatha yoga postures, techniques and sequences for flexibility, strength, postural alignment, increased energy and overall health. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to sign up. Yoga props are available, but we encourage you to have your own props. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. No class 11/27, 12/25, and 1/1.
Session 1 meets on Fridays, September 11 - October 16.
Session 2 meets on Fridays, October 23 - December 4.
Session 3 meets on Fridays, December 11 - January 29
Time: 8:00 am - 9:10 am
R/NR Fee: $60/$90 per session or pay the drop in fee of $12/$18 per class.
Age/Grade: Ages 14 years & older
