Yoga for All
Reduce stress and build a healthier body! This program includes Hatha yoga postures, techniques and sequences for flexibility, strength, postural alignment, increased energy and overall health. Breathing and relaxation techniques will be included in every program. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to sign up. All yoga props are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
Session 1 is held Friday, May 8 - June 12 from 9:00 - 10:10 am.
Session 2 is held Friday, June 19 - July 31 from 9:00 - 10:10 am.
Session 3 is held Friday, August 7 - September 18 from 9:00 - 10:10 am.
