Nobody wants ants at their picnic! We also don’t want A.N.T.S. (Automatic Negative Thought System) in our day-to-day life. When we are anxious or sad in life, negative thoughts tend to crawl into our mind. This workshop will teach how to flip A.N.T.S. off your party of life and proceed with a positive outlook into the school year. Dramatizations and highly motivating group games such as “Spritz It”, “Flip-a-Roni”, and “Balloon Bust”, facilitated by a life coach, will make this class memorable, meaningful, hilarious, and social. Themed souvenirs help reinforce the concepts from workshop to home. This is a co-op program with Crystal Lake Park District and the Lake in the Hills Recreation Department.
