Empowered Teen Yoga

In this class we will use affirmation, journaling, easy breath work, and gentle yoga flow to connect with the mind and body. Bring a yoga mat and water.
This program will be held on Mondays, June 10 - August 5 between 6:00-6:45 pm. No class 7/1

R/NR Fee: $80/$120
Age/Grade: 13-18 years
