This yoga-based workout is a mix of strength training and yoga to improve flexibility, mental clarity, and endurance. By combining yoga with light hand weights and other props this workout will help to increase lung function, strengthen bones, and build muscle.
This program will be held on Thursdays, March 21 - May 23 between 5:15-6:15 pm.
