This class is designed for those over 50 or for those whop are beginning their fitness journey. Students will participate in cardio, balance, flexibility, coordination, and muscle toning activities while having fun.
The program will be held on Wednesdays, January 10 - March 13 between 1:30-2:30 pm. No class March 6
