This class is a fun way to work on strength and conditioning in a group setting. Participants will work on strength, conditioning, agility, flexibility, and more in this upbeat workout class. No class 7/4.
The program will be held on Tuesdays, 6/20 - 8/8 between 3:00 - 4:00pm.
