This mat-based workout is designed to engage the mind and work the entire body. Fluid movements will develop core strength plus, increase flexibility while improving balance and posture. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat to each meeting; mats will not be available for class use.
This program will be held on Saturdays, March 23 - May 25 between 8:45-9:45 am.
