Increase awareness of your mind and body as well as your overall physical fitness. This class focuses on the classic poses, building the basics with emphasis on alignment of the standing, sitting, and twisting poses. Detailed instruction helps you achieve each pose for all levels. All levels welcome.
The program will be held on Tuesdays, March 19 - May 21 between 6:00-7:00 pm.
