Topic: Medicine Cabinet Makeover

Learn the what, how, and whys of natural health with a focus on the use of essential oils. Essential oils have been around for centuries but have become increasingly popular over the last few years. The instructor will spend time providing a brief overview of tips, tricks, and safety precautions when using essential oils and will also focus on the essential oils associated with the topic of the class. Participants will then be able to create 3 items to take home to use in their daily life. Items will vary based on topic, but may include a roller or spray bottle.
