Yoga
Increase awareness of your mind and body as well as your overall physical fitness. This class focuses on the classic poses, building on the basics with emphasis on alignment of the standing, sitting, and twisting poses. Detailed instruction helps you achieve each pose for all levels. All levels welcome. No class 9/13
Sessions
Session 1 is held Tuesdays, August 23 - September 27
Session 2 is held Tuesdays, October 4 - November 8
Session 3 is held Tuesdays, October 15 - December 20
Registration options:
Pay the walk in fee of $8/$12
Purchase a punch card in increments of 5 or 10 visits
Purchase an unlimited fitness pass to attend any group fitness class throughout the session
Register for an entire session of Yoga for $30/$45 for session 1 and $36/$54 for sessions 2 and 3
