Events

Sculpt all muscle groups using a variety of equipment. Gain balance, core, and strength and leave each class feeling strong. All levels welcome. No class 9/6

Sessions
Session 1 is held Tuesdays, August 23 - September 27
Session 2 is held Tuesdays, October 4 - November 8
Session 3 is held Tuesdays, October 15 - December 20

Registration options:
Pay the walk in fee of $8/$12
Purchase a punch card in increments of 5 or 10 visits
Purchase an unlimited fitness pass to attend any group fitness class throughout the session
Register for an entire session of STRONG for $30/$45 for session 1 and $36/$54 for sessions 2 and 3
