Pilates/Yoga Combo
This class incorporates all the benefits of Yoga and Pilates. We will start out with gentle stretching and then move into the toning aspects of Pilates. Yoga stretches will be added throughout the workout to enhance the Pilates exercises. To ensure that there is time to work all of the muscle groups of the body this class does not include Shavasana. We will end class with a full body stretch and various breathing techniques. No class 9/1 and 11/24
Sessions
Session 1 is held Thursdays, August 25 - September 29
Session 2 is held Thursdays, October 6 - November 10
Session 3 is held Thursdays, November 17 - December 15
Registration options:
Pay the walk in fee of $8/$12
Purchase a punch card in increments of 5 or 10 visits
Purchase an unlimited fitness pass to attend any group fitness class throughout the session
Register for an entire session of Pilates/Yoga Combo for $30/$45 for session 1, $35/$54 for session 2, $24/$36 for session 3.
