Pilates Fusion
This mat-based workout is designed to engage the mind and work the entire body. Fluid movements will develop core strength plus, increase flexibility while improving balance and posture. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat to each meeting; mats will not be available for class use. No class 9/5
Sessions
Session 1 (Monday) is held Mondays, August 22 - September 26
Session 1 (Saturday) is held Saturdays, August 27 - October 1
Session 2 (Monday) is held Mondays, October 3 - November 17
Session 2 (Saturday) is held Saturdays, October 8 - November 12
Session 3 (Monday) is held Mondays, November 14 - December 19
Session 3 (Saturday) is held Saturdays, November 19 - December 17
Registration options:
Pay the walk in fee of $8/$12
Purchase a punch card in increments of 5 or 10 visits
Purchase an unlimited fitness pass to attend any group fitness class throughout the session
Register for an entire session of Pilates Fusion for $30/$45 for Session 1 Monday and Session 3 Saturday or $36/$54 for all other sessions.
