Learn the what, how, and whys of natural health with a focus on the use of essential oils. Essential oils have been around for centuries but have become increasingly popular over the last few years. The instructor will spend time providing a brief overview of tips, tricks, and safety pre-cautions when using essential oils and will also focus on the essential oils associated with the topic of the class. Participants will then be able to create 3 items to take home to use in their daily life. Items will vary based on topic, but may include a roller or spray bottle.
