Personal Training Fees
1 one-hour session: $40
5 one-hour sessions: $190
10 one-hour sessions: $350
Express Training (1/2 Hour Sessions)
1 half-hour session: $23
5 half-hour sessions: $98
10 half-hour sessions: $175
Semi-Private (you and a friend)
1 one-hour session: $55 per couple
5 one-hour sessions: $225 per couple
10 one-hour sessions: $425 per couple
This is a confidential all-inclusive review of your current health and fitness level. A certified trainer will meet with you to review your cardiovascular fitness, body composition/body fat percentage, flexibility, blood pressure and muscle strength/endurance. The trainer will discuss the results with you.
A fitness assessment is required before signing up for a personal training session. Fee is $45.
