Named for former Cary Mayor August Kraus, the Senior Center
offers a wide variety of programs, events and outings for
our greatest generation.

Hot lunch program sponsored by the Salvation Army served
at 11:15 a.m. Monday - Friday. Suggested donation $2.75 for
those 60 years and over, $5 for those under 60. Registration
required. To join us for lunch, call the Senior Center at 847.639.6100, 24-hours in advance (by 11:00 a.m.). A monthly menu is available at the Senior Center.

FREE blood pressure checks are provided on the first Friday
of each month from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. No appointment necessary.

This is a free program hosted in coordination with Senior
Services of McHenry County. Sign up is required.

Counselors will assist seniors with Medicare, Medicare Supplement,
HMO and long-term care insurance issues. Appointments may
be made for the first Tuesday of the month. Call the Senior Center at 847.639.6100 to set up your meeting.

Crafters meet every Friday from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. to discuss
projects and share ideas. The cost of supplies will vary.

Lift your spirits and raise your voice in song. No experience necessary, no tryouts and no performance pressure. Glee Club meets weekly on Tuesdays from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
