Fitness Programs

Let's Get Your Blood Pumping!
The Cary Park District’s Fitness Staff offers a variety of fitness programs to help get your blood pumping. Each program, taught at the intermediate level, can be modified to accommodate a higher or lower fitness level. Each session consists of a warm-up, a cardiovascular segment, a cool-down, some muscle conditioning and a final stretch.

All programs are held in the Community Center Aerobic/Dance Room unless otherwise noted. Participants may register for the entire season of a class, purchase an unlimited pass that allows participation in any or all of the group fitness classes offered during a season, or pay a walk-in fee per individual class attended.
