Fitness Assessment
This is a confidential all-inclusive review of your current
health and fitness level. A certified trainer will meet
with you to review your cardiovascular fitness, body composition/body
fat %, flexibility, blood pressure and muscle strength/endurance.
Interpretation of your results will be discussed. Call
