Annual Membership Payment Plan
Payment plan consists of an initial down payment at time of registration and three consecutive monthly payments that can be charged to a credit card or through a prearranged withdrawal from a checking account (ACH). A $5 service fee will be added to each installment of the monthly payments. If ACH is used, this service fee will be waved.

Replacement Fitness Pass
Lost or stolen fitness passes must be replaced. Replacement passes are $10 each. Fitness passes must be left at the reception desk each time you use the Fitness Center.
